Shipping & Returns
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipments will not occur on weekends or holidays. If for any reason there is a delay or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, you will be contacted by email.
Please reference individual products for current shipping lead times. Please note if an item is out of stock, more will be ordered to be printed and these will ship in approximately 5 business days, pending production.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UK Standard Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Greeting Card shipping starts at £1 and Print shipping starts at £2. FREE UK Shipping when you spend £30 or more (excludes Party Goods).
Local Delivery - this option applies to Party Goods only and covers Northern Ireland. Your shipping fee will be calculated according to your distance from Holywood and this will be clarified during the enquiry process.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information for each shipment for larger orders.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries. Please keep in mind that international orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Holywood Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final with the exception of returns due to defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for such items must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of defective product or wrong item shipped.
If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an exchange or return will be arranged. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
